Children learn and imitate behaviors by watching and listening to others. The great news is that others include parents, and therefore you have control over what your child observes at home

Your relationship with technology is an important part of how your child will use, interact, and learn about screens. Kids do what they see and say what they hear. 

 

Ask yourself these questions: 

- How does my child see me use screens?

-Does my attitude and relationship with screens align with what I recommend and practice with my child?
